Return Policy
Item(s) must be returned with original Invoice and/or Packing Slip included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) was received damaged, which must be communicated with our team including, but not limited to, an email providing photos of the damaged item(s) and a description of the damage. A shipping credit will be agreed upon before customers send the item(s) back. Credits will not be granted for item(s) returned BEFORE Proof of Damage is provided and a shipping credit agreement is documented.
Shipping & Delivery Information
Only one shipping option is currently available, Standard Priority Shipping via USPS. Items will ship within 5 Business Days, and expected arrival is 3-5 Business Days from shipping date, unless otherwise communicated by the fulfillment team. Printing Delays can happen, which will be communicated for any open orders. Local Delivery is only allowed within a certain radius for a Flat Rate of $4 - if you are out of the radius, you will need to select Shipping. Please understand that Delivery time is 3-5 Days after your order is placed, the Date/Time of delivery will need to be confirmed ahead of the Delivery, and that our Team will do our best to meet that request, however it may not align with our ability to Deliver within the timeframe requested. Please be patient as we work through the logistics!
Personally Signed Copies Policy
If you select either of the two options including a "Personal Inscription" please ensure your note with what you would like the inscription to say is correct and without errors as it will be copied directly from there into the book. If you do not have an inscription in mind, you can leave it blank. We reserve the right to refuse any inscription request for any reason, and will notify the customer of our refusal and reason via email if this happens. Branded Merchandise will be randomly chosen and include 3-5 items either available in our shop or currently unreleased merchandise. Please do not request specific items as we cannot guarantee what will be in stock and available.
